On Tuesday January 15 at 5 o clock at the home of the bride in New Salem North Dakota Walter Kemper and Florence Bowser were married. Kemper is a telegraph operator and Bowser is a respected vocalist. They will start housekeeping immediately and the Rec organ extends best wishes for their happiness.
