Robert H McFarland aged 42 6 25 died in Peru after an eleven month illness including heart kidney trouble and dropsy. He leaves wife Elsia Miller two sons John Robert and William Alpert his father five brothers three sisters and many friends. Funeral held in Peru at Hammond Murphy parlor with Odd Fellows and Knights of Pythian rites and burial at Lakeview Cemetery with procession from station.
