Miss Leora Kreiter of Mishawaka visited friends over Sunday and plans to graduate this spring. Though she did not finish at our high school she will be counted among Mishawaka high school’s spring graduates.
Melvin Shipley died in Minnesota at 26 after battling tuberculosis for about two years. His funeral was held in Claypool on Tuesday with many from the area in attendance. he is survived by a wife and numerous friends and relatives.
Mr and Mrs Morris Lipply of west of town welcomed a seven pound baby boy named Zelden Leroy this past Sunday April 21. The birth record notes the new arrival at their home and identifies the parents and newborn.
