A Nashvill e Michigan letter seeks David Barnhouse, last known in the area thirty years ago. The father reportedly gave the infant to others after the mother died, the boy now seeks his father and asks readers with any information to contact the office.
Edward Hay Hugh Snyder and Roy Keplinger returned from Chicago dental college to spend the weekend with their parents after arriving Saturday and remaining through Monday in a short home visit.
Fred McKown, an agent at the Big Four Station, bets on hogs after a pig bought at Wedtick sale rapidly gains weight. He predicts the first pig will reach two to two and a half hundred pounds by June and has just purchased another pig from a local dealer, expecting a neat sum in the June market.

James W. Bahney of Roann and Beatrice Richards of near Warsaw were united in marriage Wednesday afternoon in the Warsaw courthouse by Rev. A. G Neal. Bahney is described as energetic from a good family. Richards is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Richards and well suited to manage a home. Friends extend congratulations.
Mrs Jack Burt came back home after spending several weeks in Montpelier Ohio at the home of her daughter Mrs Earl Haney and family.
After installing a boiler and finishing up the machinery the Braude creamery in Silver Lake is ready to open. Cream is expected tomorrow with churning likely Saturday and autos converted to trucks will collect cream from rural areas, bringing employment and weekly income to farmers.

The Lake township teachers presented Civil Service depicting daily post office routines to a large audience. Performers were well cast with no improvements needed, and the house was comfortably filled. Audience and critics spoke highly of the production.
W R Wedrick returned home Monday from Battle Creek Michigan after a ten day stay for treatment at a sanitarium reportedly for health reasons and recuperation.
Several members of the local lodge K. of P. were in Akron Tuesday evening in attendance at lodge. Several candidates were given work.

The incidents followed allegations that Clifford Hatfield sold cigarettes to minors. A court of inquiry and federal Secret Service involvement are expected as investigations proceed.
