Two Wrecks Send Five to Hospital. None Are Serious
Two city traffic accidents Tuesday sent five persons to hospital with non life threatening injuries. Mrs Ernest Springs Sr and her husband were in a crash on Hishwary 60 east near Wonor Drum when their vehicle was hit from behind by a truck driven by Harlan of Sikeston. Springs suffered a bruised nose and chest while Mrs Springs had a broken arm and bruises and was admitted for treatment. A second crash involved Bitty Cashion and others. Cashion was treated for cuts and dismissed. Names of other involved parties appear in the police report, with details about location and injury varying in the record.
