Slikeston Woman Dreams Come True
Mrs. W R Moore told Red Cross workers of a Saturday night dream in which her son-in-law Pfc Edward Seymour, missing since July 4, appeared alive and well. The next day a War Dept telegram said he was missing in action in France, then a later phone call reported he was a prisoner of war in Germany, alive and well. Seymour, husband of Ruth Seymour, son of Mr and Mrs Chester Seymour of Marble Hill, and their daughter Maida Fern live on Matthews Avenue.

Scott County Tops War Bond Sales in Southeast Missouri
