The Territory of New Mexico issues a notice for public publication in Sierra County that Weld C Chandler Anwa J Hatton and Oliver A Daly are defendants in a chancery suit brought by The Percha Hank The Silver Mining and Milling Company and others. The complaint seeks foreclosure of a mortgage on land near Kingston and all buildings and improvements to satisfy promissory notes totaling several hundred dollars. Defendants must appear by the first day of the next June Term commencing June 8, 1880, else judgment by default will be granted.
The Third Judicial District Court of New Mexico, Sierra County, is issuing notice that John Zollars and several partners operating as Keller Miller and Co have filed a chancery suit against The Richmond Gold Mining Company of New Mexico and related defendants. The action seeks ownership and partition of land, security interests, and a decree for relief. Defendants must appear before the June term to answer.
