The Republican electors of Chyenne County are called to meet at the Court House in Sidney on Saturday, September 1 at 2 o'clock PM to nominate candidates for County Treasurer, Sheriff, County Clerk, County Judge, Superintendent of Public Instruction, County Surveyor, Coroner, and District Commissioner. Delegates from precincts will also select delegates to the State and Judicial Conventions. The apportionment assigns 240 total delegates based on precinct votes for Joseph S. Bartley. Proxies are rejected. each precinct may cast its full delegation vote. Primaries to choose delegates should be held on Saturday September 14.
