Cheyenne County 1886 Board Adopts Jurors and Precincts
The Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners in Sidney met on October 11 1886. They drew a juror list for the November term, heard remonstrances on a J F Crane druggist permit, set polling precincts including Long Spring Blue Creek and Rush Creek, and adjourned to October 12.
