Oshkosh Slayer Is Given Life Term For Lady's Death

Frank McIntosh of Oshkosh received a life sentence for the murder of Mrs. Earl Pebley, August 19, after pleading guilty to second degree murder in Garden County District Court. Judge E. F. Carter imposed the term, to commence once the penitentiary can receive him, following prosecution and defense actions. The court also heard a larceny case against Yost for stealing a $10 bill from an Oshkosh resident.

Sidney Womans club gathers Tuesday for the reassembly meeting of the new season. A large attendance heard remarks from President Mrs. F A Bush and outlines of the year's plans including finances, programs, garden club work, and 4 H extension outreach.
