Oktoberfest Opens in Sidney with Four-Stage Festivities
The second annual Oktoberfest at Legion Park greets thousands as a 40 by 200 tent and nearby exhibits host arts crafts a farmer market and varied entertainment. Organizers note no admission though food and drinks are sold and events run from 7 am to midnight on Saturday and Sunday with a Sunday close around 3 pm. Watershed plan moves to USDA for action
