Appeals Board Sets Rules for Sidney Adjustment Panel

Sidney's newly organized Board of Adjustment Monday night adopted rules for officer duties meetings notices and appeal procedures. The panel approved a $25 filing fee to cover publicity and set meetings for the third Tuesday of each month if there is business.
