A man about 23, 5 feet 8, 160 pounds, smooth shaven with light moustache, traveled to publicize a Demorest fashion agency then swindled a woman out of six dollars. He sold agency rights for patterns, claiming glass cases and returns, but sent empty envelopes. He uses multiple aliases, moves on quickly, has defrauded many across the state, with a $200 reward offered for his capture.
