Gazebo on the Platte near Cozad endures through Centennial
The small structure near the Platte River south of Cozad survives as a nearly intact summer home. Built by Alfred Koch and his brothers in law during the gazebo’s era, it sits on land now owned by Mr and Mrs Archie Smith. A bird was photographed inside during a Western Outlook visit as Cozad marked its Centennial.
