Cheyenne County officials meet November 16 1892 with commissioners Crigler Vanderhoof and Frame and clerk McAleese. Minutes approve prior meeting and authorize appraisers for road damages claimed by SID Libby near sections 35 11 47 and 11 13 47. Board adjourns to November 17. Also grants road petitions and approves several road related claims and wages to road overseers and suppliers. The ad ends with a local sales pitch for Oberfelder's Boots and Shoes and underwear.
