Public Hearing on Rural Sidney Zoning Expansion
The Zoning Commission of Sidney Nebraska submits its final report to the City Council proposing to extend rural zoning boundaries to two miles outside the city limits and hold a public hearing at 7 30 P M in the Municipal Building on May 29 1973. The ordinance would amend Article II of the Rural Sidney Zoning Ordinance to increase the extraterritorial area and describe the affected parcels and purposes.
