In the matter of the estate of George Kline, deceased, creditors and heirs are notified that Frank A. Rauner filed a petition seeking a decree that Kline died intestate. He is said to have died about March 1, 1905, resident of Rockingham County, Virginia, owning the SE quarter of Section 8, Township 13, Range 48 west of the Sixth P M Cheyenne County Nebraska. His heirs at law are his widow Elizabeth Kline and brothers and sisters Samuel M. Kline, George I. Kline, Jacob M Kline, Lizzie Wakeman, Hettie E Weimer, Anna Kline, Fannie Holsinger, Rebecca Kline and Michael M. Kline. No Nebraska appointment has been made.
