Goodview 4-H Club Begins Tenth Year With Livestock Plans
The Goodview 4-H Club starts its 10th year with 11 veteran members led by President Rod Theis and officers Bev Theis and Cindy Sick. The group mans 25 calves across 20 fat steers 2 fat heifers and 3 breeding heifers plus 12 sheep and plans a Showmanship Day and sheep judging to aid learning and fair preparation. Jr Leaders Dan Kastens Rodney Theis and Beverly Theis assist in club and county work while fair dates emphasize earlier livestock judging and reduced morning arrivals. The club thanks Fair board parents and local buyers for ongoing support and outlines goals to gain knowledge leadership and community service through agriculture and home economics projects.
