Cheyenne County Changes and Court Precincts Adopted
The Cheyenne county Board of Commissioners approves audits and payments on the general fund and redraws precinct boundaries and commissioner districts. Big Springs, Chalpell, Lodge Pole, Sidney, Potter, Antelope, Business, Wrights, and Court House Rock precincts are defined with new geographic lines and district assignments. The board adjourns to March 20, 1886. The issue notes a new press installation by Teennouser with a Prouty press, its capacity, and personnel appreciation.
