The tract measures fifty one and a half by one hundred thirty two feet with the building covering fifty one and a half by seventy feet. Furnishings included. Thomas McIntyre, one of three men who carried out a 1904 Sidney murder, was sentenced to life but escaped to California, later returned to Nebraska, and after denials from the pardon board and governor, received a pardon on March 4 influenced by a penitentiary entertainment where he sang. his two companions had been released earlier.
