Criminologist to Speak at Rotary Meeting
University of Nebraska criminologist James M. Reinhardt will address the Fort Sidney Rotary Club at 6 15 p m Monday night at the Fort Sidney Motor Hotel. Reinhardt, a Dalton Georgia native, studies sex offender crimes and has visited penal institutions and interviewed authorities and prisoners. He earned degrees from Berea College and the University of North Dakota and joined Nebraska in 1931.
