Costly fire hits Commercial Cafe in north city scene
On a tip a liquor still was found at Steele hog farm north of the city. Sheriff J. M. Nelson and Deputy McCleneghan uncovered a 125 to 150 gallon still hidden under planks. Roy Marsh, named owner, pleaded not guilty and was released on $1,000 bond. Trial set for June 22. The property owner claimed no knowledge of the device.
