National editors from across the United States will tour the state and Black Hills, arriving in Sidney Thursday morning June 23 over the Burlington and leaving at 11 a.m. on the Union Pacific. The breakfast at Hardy hall for about 500 is planned at 7 with Art Hardy in charge, aided by about fifty women cooks and fifty girls servers. The day includes a tractor parade along First street and a viewing of the tractor line from Central avenue to the Burlington depot, followed by an county tour by automobile.
