Majestic and Sterling Complete Colorado Savings Merger

Majestic Savings and Loan Assn of Denver merged with Sterling Savings and Loan Assn of Sterling Colorado on July 1 to form the state's largest savings branch system. Majestic held $289 million in assets as of May 31 while Sterling had $35.75 million and six offices including a new Greeley location. Majestic operates across eastern Colorado.
