Bus Dispute Over School Transport for Little League in Sidney
No Bus Lee Spieker western director of Little League told The Sidney Telegraph he is upset by the Sidney Board of Education refusing to use school buses to shuttle teams to tournaments. The request, from John Platt at Monday's meeting, died for lack of a second as the Board centralizes bus use for board sponsored activities. The district policy limits buses to board sponsored events, drawing Spieker’s taxpayer protest that what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
