The Sidney county board meets June 26 to discuss road culverts and approves bonds for a road overseer. Lancaster County tax revival dispute cited in high court record

The Eggs of The Gust And The Digging Fish

The eggs of the gust float concave side up in raftlike clusters laid by the parent insect. When upset they right themselves and cannot stay underwater. A lower egg valve releases the larva at the proper time. The digging fish, native to central Africa, burrows into mud during the dry season to two or three feet deep and sleeps until the wet season returns.
