The First National Bank of Bayard Nebraska files a suit alleging that on May 17 1919 Nora Chambers then Nora Robinson conveyed land to her daughters Viola Holstrom and Birdella Holstrom without consideration to defraud creditors. It claims Birdella knew of the debt when conveying. The bank seeks judgment and an answer by July 25 1921.
In Cheyenne County District Court Nebraska First National Bank sues Nora Chambers Nora Robinson Viola Holstrom and Birdella Holstrom seeking to void a 1919 deed conveying SE 28 15 51 and to sell the land to satisfy a 1921 judgment of 211 50 with 10 percent interest and costs The plaintiff reports an unsatisfied execution against Chambers due to insolvency and lack of property.
