Company Announces Further Reduction in Lighting Rates

To Our Customers the policy of this company in reference to rates was announced December 1 1927 and states the company spends hundreds of thousands yearly to meet service requirements in the Valley. It aims for a fair return on investment while keeping the lowest rate schedules possible. It now expects to earn a fair return at a new lower top lighting rate beginning March 1 1929 and announces the reduction as of that date.
