The date paid appears on the margin or wrapper. settlement before the new year is requested. The paper notes thousands owed by hundreds of subscribers and urges prompt payment to fund publication.

The Union Pacific will run a Pullman Tourist Sleeper from Minneapolis and St Paul to Los Angeles via Sioux City and Columbus Nebraska. Departures occur every Thursday evening from Minneapolis at 7 40 p m and St Paul at 8 15 p m with return from Los Angeles at 2 p m each Thursday.
