Reports indicate a slowdown in the Boeing led project to rework 200 Minuteman sites in western Nebraska and eastern Wyoming due to labor illness and disputes over premium pay and working conditions. Kimball, Nebraska serves as the focus, with officials watching closely as negotiations continue without a formal strike. The work, tied to defense and retaliation readiness for Warren AFB, remains separate from potential upgrades to Minuteman II and beyond.
