Sidney Considers $500000 Upgrade for Electric Utility
City engineers urge 500000 spend to update equipment and add transmission to meet current and future needs. Plan favors tie-in to Bureau of Reclamation public power rather than expanding plant, with delivery estimates around one year for large transformers.
