Contest for 26th district ends in adjournment and Snyder win
The 26th senatorial district contest between Ballentine and Snyder faced repeated delays over costs and security. Court adjourned to 2 pm as security issues were resolved. Ballentine’s side failed to prove irregularities while Snyder’s victory was upheld by the Platt Valley Republicans and election officials.
