Michael Wayne Petersen, son of Kenneth and Petersen of Sidney, was born at 1 18 a m on January 6 narrowly beating Joshua Ray Henkle and other newborns in a week of anticipation. Senator John J Cavanaugh IH introduces LB708 to require monthly lobbyist income and expense reports whether the legislature is in session.
