Word is received that L. B. Cary of Walnut Creek California is having a severe time from a broken hit six months ago. He has been in the hospital since then and indications are that it will take six months more for the wound to heal. He is in the best of spirits. Mr Cary was a pioneer settler of Sidney and later owned a large horse ranch east of old Camp Clarke.
