Cheyenne County Sets Road Work and Poultry Report
Cheyenne county commissioners in regular and special sessions approve purchases of three two ton caterpillar tractors and one elevating grader from Omaha Road Equipment. They also authorize a Royal typewriter for the district court reporter and appoint Mrs. McCleneghan overseer of the poor. A road crossing and public road openings are approved, with surveys and maintenance duties assigned, as a poultry production study by County Agent presents 1923 figures for several flocks, showing egg and revenue details, costs, and net profit per hen.
