Carlo Raffello, 25, of 1333 Columbus Avenue, San Francisco, was arrested by Night Marshal Frank Alfter after a Sidney Drug store incident. He appeared insane, raved in his cell, and tried to buy a bus ticket to Oakland believing he was in Frisco. Police report he carried $207 and a ticket to New York, and caused property damage before restraint.
