Kingsley Dam hydroelectric plan eyed amid energy crunch

Daylight Saving Time Begins Across Nation Sunday

Most Americans will roll clocks forward one hour to start daylight saving time on Sunday. Standard time ends at 2:00 a.m. and daylight saving time will run for eight months, after which Congress may alter the schedule returning to a six month standard time period in October.
