Big Springs Bridge Bonds Voted In Cheyenne County

Cheyenne County commissioners met to adopt a proposition authorizing a 10 000 bond issue for a Big Springs precinct South Platte bridge. The election on January 27 1886 showed over two thirds in favor with 85 votes for and 5 against. County officials reported proper publication and posting of notices.
