Minutes of County Commissioners Meeting Adopts Bonds and Resolutions
The Cheyenne County Board of County Commissioners met with all members present. They audited and allowed numerous claims across funds, approved road, precinct, and juror actions, adopted a public road resolution, corrected tax rolls for a Lutheran church property, and authorized purchasing a Ford for the highway commissioner. Meeting adjourned to February 17.

Bronson Community Notes Reflect Club Activity and Travel
Mrs Henry Anderson was called to Lincoln by her sister’s death and returned Saturday. The Helping Hand club met at Mrs Henrietta Thurston’s home with good attendance. new members Mrs Boyes and Mrs Seacord joined. Visitors included Mrs Wm McMullen and granddaughter and Mrs Harold Lyngholm. Delegates Mrs Anderson and Mrs Connelly outlined the year’s club work and demonstrated silverware cleaning. Next meeting with Mrs Lewis Olson on February 12, with Rev Kahse and Mr Willey expected. Numerous local visits and social hours follow, including gatherings at Bertha Bennison, E H Biggs, Peetz, and Sidney guests Ada Taylor and Leonard Beam.
