The Sidney Rifle Club will hold a meeting tomorrow night in the county court room at eight o'clock to elect officers and plan the winter and spring program. Heinie Bauman, the club president, notes nearby towns have formed clubs to compete and mentions the well equipped range southwest of Sidney as the site of many shoots.
