Three Nebraska State Patrol veterans to retire by 1973
The 1937 Nebraska Safety Patrol trainees numbered 44. now three remain on active duty. Major H. D. Robinson, Captain L. L. Hubka, and Captain M. R. Lambert will retire by 1973 as the agency marks its evolution. Each has served at North Platte or Scottsbluff stations since 1946 and leaves families and records of service.
