Depot Robbery At Chappell Depot Stuns Nearby Staff
The Chappell depot was broken into between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. A window was pried, three drawers were rummaged, and about $3.75 in telegraph receipts and three railroad tickets to Cheyenne were taken. No other damage occurred, and a detective from Union Pacific joined local authorities in hunting the suspects, believed to be hobos frequenting the area.

Lodgepole Couple Is Married in Bridgeport
A Bridgeport wedding at the parsonage was led by Rev. F. M. Sturdevant as Alta May Carpenter and Howard Denny of Lodgepole were joined in marriage on December 9. Few witnesses attended and the couple, largely strangers to Bridgeport, plan to reside in Lodgepole after the ceremony.
