Peters Trust Company Holdings Released By Order
Federal Judge Woodrough signed releases Wednesday afternoon restoring about 370000 in bonds mortgages and other securities from Peters Trust Company as modifications of a prior restraining order on John W Gamble. The funds include 300000 tied to Mrs David A Stone and about 70000 for Dr and Mrs Leroy Crummer. Gamble posted 5000 bond. State hopes to preserve beneficiaries while litigation continues and may seek appeals unless an arrangement allows payments.
