Large delegations from across Nebraska attend the third annual Nebraska Irrigation Association convention in Sidney. Officers are elected, sessions are held, and Lexington is chosen for the 1896 meeting. Judge A Pease and Governor Holcomb address delegates as Sidney extends a hearty welcome.
