DeLay Fined in Cheyenne County Court

Bernard DeLay faced a $100 fine plus costs in Cheyenne County court on Tuesday after being charged with obtaining money under false pretenses. He allegedly took $40 from Ben Rieve by misrepresenting himself as a union official.
