Potter Area Holiday Club Elects Officers
The Potter Garden Club held a November meeting at Mrs. Ed Wickhorst’s home with president Mrs. Vernon Thies presiding. Officers elected were Mrs. Ervin Wheeler president, Mrs. Art Wilder vice president, Mrs. Leslie Wickhorst secretary, Mrs. Lester Willoughby treasurer, Mrs. Vernon Thies librarian, and Mrs. Elvin Thies reporter. A Christmas program was shared by Mrs. Fred Reetz and Mrs. Dean Hagemeister. Many members assisted with Thanksgiving and holiday visits to family and friends in nearby towns, with social events and community service noted throughout the report.
