Sidney Board Revises Taxation and Names Grand Jury Panels
In an August 19 1895 meeting of the County Commissioners of Sidney Nebraska the board approved a tax adjustment for Mary Swan lot 13 block 13 and set a September term juror panel drawing. Sixty residents were chosen for the forthcoming district court jury from three district lists. The Wellner McMullan case was continued to August 30 1895. The Relief Commission presented an itemized cash statement of state funds used for relief work.
