Sidney City Council Special Meeting Votes Bond Election
The Sidney Nebraska council met in special session August 11 with Mayor E Grabill and councilmen Lowe Hellwig Schroeder Shipman and Windell. Ordinances 177 178 179 called an election September 14 for a 196000 municipal bond issue. A resolution authorized purchase of lots 66 7 block 21 original Sidney for 6500 to aid power house additions with warrants to Oberfelder.
