On March 16, 1927, First National Bank of Sidney, Nebraska, holds a chattel mortgage on Ford Tank Engine No 227Si and Engine No WA5S731, and Four No. Bit, with twenty five dollars fifty one cents due plus 10 percent interest from October 26, 1927. The goods were seized by the mortgagee and are to be sold at public auction at The Times Motor Company on 2nd Avenue and West Street, Sidney. Reserver for the bank.
Notice is given that on March 2, 1928 George Simon mortgagor executed a chattel mortgage to First National Bank Sidney Nebraska for two hundred eighty nine dollars and sixty one cents with ten percent interest from March 1. The mortgage covers a Winter Track motor vehicle described as a one and one half ton truck. Mortgage filed March 7, 1923 in Cheyenne County. Mortgagee will offer for sale on August 22, 1923 an interest in the described truck to satisfy obligations including about 315 in costs. The mortgagor is Be Freorze Ammon and the mortgagee is H E MerNally.
