Oran P. Click 91, formerly of Dalton, died Saturday in a Denver hospital after extended illness. He farmed west of Dalton before moving to Denver in 1922. Funeral Thursday at 1 30 p.m. from Gehrig and Son Funeral Home with Rev. C. E. Brittain officiating. Burial in Dalton Cemetery. Born August 30, 1868 in Fort Wayne Indiana. Survivors include two sons Harold and Leo four grandchildren several great grandchildren two sisters and a brother. Preceded in death by son Clyde.

Passing On Overpass Nets Driving Charges
Two Sidney men face careless driving charges after a two car crash on the east Sidney overpass at 1 am Sunday. Harvey Miles 36 attempted to pass a patrol car and braked. J L Nienhueser 31 darted to avoid collision, clipped a railing, struck Miles car causing about 5250 damage. Nienhueser was hospitalized overnight then released. Miles uninjured.

Hangar at Lodgepole Destroyed in Fire Losses Reported
Fire at Don Brown Flying Service in Lodgepole destroyed the east hangar and four planes were lost. A partially damaged plane was pulled free as firefighters battled the blaze around 3:30 pm. The owner cited a broken hose coupling on a water truck while attempting to contain the flames. The insured plane valued at 11,000 was Howard Isley’s Commancho, while other losses included a 2,000 dollar Super-Cruiser, a Brown Family Cruiser, and a 10,000 Pawnee sprayer.

Sidney Elks Lodge and City Council agreed on public rental prices for the Elks building formerly the city auditorium.
